is the usual delivery time for wedding invitations? Can I place a rush order?

As you are aware, marriage industry is seasonal in nature and order lead times increase during peak season. The high end designer invites usually take 2-3 weeks to deliver during such times. In case of a rush order, please mention it under special remarks while placing the order. We will revert to you within 24 hours if we can fulfill the order by the specified date. We try our best to accommodate our client requests, however, in case we are not able to meet the delivery date we will not accept the order and refund all your money immediately.

Can I customize my cards?

Yes, you can customize your cards. You can chat live with our support staff or leave a message with your requirements for us to revert to you. Customization charges might be applicable extra depending upon the nature and extent of customization. You would appreciate that customization is a iterative process and needs time and effort, therefore we might levy an advance fee before we commit to the customization.

How will I proof my card?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you some sample text / wordings via e-mail. You can choose from those samples or email us your own printing matter alongwith the font you would want it in. Printing for wedding invites is usually done in script fonts however we can work with any font that you would need to supply to us. After receiving the font and text matter from you, we will send you an image file for proofing. You can view the proof and suggest changes or corrections, if any. The process is repeated till we get a confirmed go ahead from you. The order is processed after the green signal from you on the proof.

Can I print my card in multiple languages?

Yes, we can print in any language. All we need is the text matter alongwith desired font. We can even a print a single card in multiple languages (Indian as well as foreign). We shall send you details of the process upon receiving your order on the registered email.

What about additional levies, taxes and duties?

We include VAT for Indian customers. All other charges, including but not limited to, customs or import duty, local taxes and duties are payable by you. We are unable to calculate those duties at the time of order but our support staff can find it out for you on request. Since these are matters beyond our control, we are unable to take responsibilities for such levies.

Can you print guest names and lists as well?

Yes, we can. There might be extra charges levied but we usually waive them off for sizeable orders. Please contact us for such requests.

Can I buy extra envelopes and protective plastic covers / sleeves for the cards?

Yes you can. Please consult us for extra charges incurred for your choice of cards before placing your order.

Can I add extra inserts / pages in the card?

Yes you can. Please consult us for extra charges incurred for your choice of cards before placing your order.

Can I purchase cards without printing the text matter?

Yes of course. The price would remain the same and you can mention your request in the special remarks while placing your order.

Can you print cards for other occasions other than weddings?

Yes, you can get cards printed for any occasion. Please select and order the card and either ask us for samples for a particular occasion or send us the text matter you want printed alongwith the font. We will then send you the proof for approval before processing your order.

Can I order any quantity of cards and / or add-ons?

There is a minimum quantity specified for each product that you can order. Over and above that quantity you can order in multiples of a certain number as specified on the product page.

What if the product I liked is sold out?

Our products have limited inventory and sell out fast. In case a particular product is sold out, please contact us and we will try and source it specially for you. We cannot guarantee its availability but will leave no stone unturned to try and source it.

Do you deliver outside of India as well?

We have tied up with FedEx for all international deliveries. We also work with renowned courier companies for local deliveries within India.

Do you supply sweets and chocolates as well alongwith sweet boxes?

No, we do not handle perishable goods like sweets and chocolates as import of food items is prohibited or controlled in most countries.

Is there any limitation on the quantity of the cards that I order?

A minimum quantity is specified for each product that you order on the website. However, any order over and above that minimum quantity has to be in multiples of a certain number as specified on the product detail page.

Can I buy cards without getting the text matter printed?

You can buy but the price of the cards would be the same as mentioned on the website. Pls mention your request as a special remark while placing your order.

What is the usual delivery time for wedding invitations?

It usually takes 2-3 weeks to deliver high-end premium cards during peak season times Delivery times would also depend on the card selected and the place of delivery. Do you have a provision for swift and urgent delivery? If you are placing a last minute / rush order, please mention it under special remarks with the expected delivery date. We shall get in touch with you within 24 hours and confirm if we can fulfil your request. Despite our best efforts if we can’t meet your delivery date, your money shall be fully refunded immediately and order not accepted.

Can you deliver outside of India as well? How can I be sure of receiving my order in good state and on time?

We have been shipping overseas orders for UK, USA, Australia, Canada to name a few. For international deliveries, we have tied up with FedEx. We work with renowned courier companies for local deliveries within India and the client is also given the exact details and tracking number to track the order.

I want to order sweet boxes. Can you supply me chocolates or sweets to put in the box?

Sweets and chocolates are perishable items. We do not supply these as import of food items is prohibited or controlled in most of the countries.

The product I liked is sold out. Can you still source it?

In case you liked a product which is sold out, please contact us. We shall try our very best and source it specially for you, although there are no guarantees.

Can I make changes and customize my cards?

You can customise the card. Our endeavour is to make your wedding card perfect as per your need. For this you can get in touch with us via a live chat, email or leave a message regarding your requirements and our representative will revert to you. However, since customisation is an iterative process, needing time and effort, an advance fee may be charged before customisation depending on the nature and extent of changes requested.

Can I order add on cards as well? How about guest names and lists?

Yes, you can order RSVP, Thank you cards along with the main card. Pls mention this in your order so that we can send you a quote accordingly. For guest names and list, an extra charge may be levied but we usually waive them off for sizeable orders. Please contact us for such requests.

Can my card be printed in multiple languages?

Yes, your card can be printed in multiple languages (regional Indian or foreign). You will be required to send us the text matter along with the selected font (from the list). On receiving your order, we shall send you a detailed email regarding the whole process.

What is the process for proof reading of my card?

After you place your order, we will send you an email with some sample text / wordings. You can either choose from those samples or email us your own printing matter along with the font you would want it in. Usually, script fonts are used for printing the invites, but we can print in the font that you provide us. The next stage involves the proofing of the image file we send you. You can suggest any changes that you need and the file is resent for proofing after the corrections are made. After we get a confirmed goahead from you, the order is processed further.

Can you provide protective plastic covers / sleeves for the cards?

Yes, you can purchase the card covers. Please consult us for extra charges before placing your order.

Can I get cards for other occasions other than weddings?

Yes, you can. There are cards on the site which can be used for various occasions. After you select and order the card, we send you samples of the printing matter with fonts or alternatively you send us the matter to be printed alongwith the selected font. After the proof has your approval, the order shall be processed further.
